A full refund will be given if a tutor is sick and, or if the class is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
Customer’s cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible if you do need to cancel. In case of cancellation, the following terms will apply:
3 weeks or more before your class
You will be fully refunded however we will retain a $20 admin fee.
More than 2 weeks and less than 3 weeks before your class
A 60% refund will be given.
More than 1 week and less than 2 weeks before your class
A 40% refund will be given.
Less than a week
No refund will be given.
If you do not attend
If you’re unable to make the class for personal reasons or for illness, we do not offer refunds. You may wish to reach out to your family/friend circles to offer your place to someone who might want to attend in your place at short notice. In some cases, your tutor may be able to accommodate another day or time, but this isn’t guaranteed.
Minimum class numbers
You will be given a full refund if the class is cancelled due to insufficient numbers. In case of sickness, no refund will be offered however we can offer a spot in a future workshop that isn’t yet full. You will need to email us so you can add your name to our wait list. You will also need to identify what workshop you would like to attend (similar value to the one that was originally booked).
